What we collect
If you use our enquiry form we receive your name, phone number, email address, postcode and message. If you phone or email us, we receive whatever details you share.
Why we use it
Only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and, if you become a customer, to carry out the work. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries. We do not sell your details or use them for marketing lists.
Who sees it
Our own staff, and the service providers that host this website and our enquiry-handling system, who process it on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted when no longer needed. Customer records are kept for as long as required for guarantees, tax and legal obligations.
Cookies
This site does not use analytics, tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address in order to send them. The map on our contact page only loads from Google Maps if you choose to show it; Google may then set its own cookies.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email admin@cmcontracts.co.uk. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
