Safety is embedded in everything we do. Our site management team coordinates works to minimise risk and disruption, particularly on live and sensitive sites such as schools and occupied buildings. We integrate with main contractor site teams and coordinate effectively with other trades.
Risk assessments & method statements
Comprehensive RAMS prepared for every project, reviewed and approved before works commence.
Permits to work
Formal permit systems for high-risk activities including hot works, confined spaces and working at height.
Site inductions
All operatives receive site-specific inductions and toolbox talks before starting work.
PPE compliance
Full personal protective equipment provided and enforced on all sites.
Incident reporting
Robust incident reporting and investigation procedures with lessons learned.
Regular audits
Internal and external H&S audits to maintain and improve standards.
